Hi, I’m Sarah. I am the owner and trainer of Core Elements Fitness, a boutique home fitness studio located in the Browns Point neighborhood of Tacoma, Washington.
I’m passionate about helping people elevate their fitness, health, and mindset. Real people, like you. Starting from wherever you are at and guiding you towards a fitter, stronger, healthier version of yourself.
My signature process is a unique blend of challenging and effective workouts, nutritional education and coaching, and personal wellness discovery. Here at Core Elements Fitness, the goal is to get you “Fit to the Core”. So, together let’s focus on the whole you – so you can lead a beautiful and intentional life that is satisfying and sustainable!

Behind the name
Over the past several decades, authors, scientists, doctors, holistic practitioners, and many others have provided a sense of how to achieve optimal health by outlining the CORE ELEMENTS of personal overall wellness. These include physical fitness, nutrition, relaxation, sleep, emotional health, social community, spiritual growth, intellectual development, occupational fulfillment, financial security, and environmental connection.
In every opportunity I get to train, educate, inspire, and connect with you as my friends, clients, and community, I hope to help you achieve the healthy, active, and vibrant lifestyle you desire. And at CORE ELEMENTS FITNESS, you can expect to develop and strengthen your:
Physical Fitness – Every workout will have components of strength, conditioning, core stability, mobility/flexibility, and balance. These are the pillars that support your physical health. You need all of them. Prepare to work hard.
Social Community –I strongly believe in forming positive relationships, creating support systems and accountability connections, and surrounding ourselves with people we want to do life with. Expect to feel the love and know that I’m here as a resource, an encourager, and as a friend...even when I’m telling you to do burpees.
Nutritional Health – This is an area of wellness I’m passionate about and am currently pursuing a Health Coach certification so that we can talk about the whole picture. Think mindset, belief systems, simplifying food – nutrition meets psychology. The goal is to have a better relationship with healthy food, so you can have a healthy life.
